1. 中學生閱讀大使計劃：培訓中學生和小學生家長成為閱讀大使，並提供一系列讀書會經營支援，協助學校建立校園讀書會。
2. 小學生閱讀大使先導計劃：培養愛閱讀的孩子從小向同輩分享閱讀的樂趣，讓閱讀為自己和別人帶來啟發和希望。
3. 網上讀書會（暨星級閱讀獎勵計劃）：讓學生和老師在網上互動交流，並附設「星級閱讀獎勵計劃」。
4. 十本好讀：網上每日推出圖書試閱，試從閱書中選出「十本好讀」和「我最喜愛的作家」。
5. 閱讀約章：讓學生記錄所讀書籍。在指定時間內完成特定數量後，可獲電子證書嘉許。
